LIGHTNING RIDGE ARTESIAN BATHS

Be sure to take advantage of the Artesian Baths, whether soaking as the sun rises, viewing an evening sunset, or under a huge sky of sparkling stars. Open through the week daily for 22 hours and weekends 24 hours. The water is a rich collection of minerals. The temperature varies between 38 – 42 degrees Celsius.

The town’s water supply all comes from the Great Artesian Basin.
